An Anxiety Observed No. 2
Just one quick new observation: I've found that in addition to having lower energy levels, which I have definitely observed during my workout, I also have a much lower pain threshold. My muscles ached and burned much more quickly than normal. I hadn't noticed it before, probably because when I am in a bout I rarely exercise. But there it is.
This study found that there is a relationship with pain and depression insofar as chronic pain can bring on depression, and that the relationship is "possibly reciprocal." Interesting, for what it's worth.
